Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how United Build Partners ("we," "us," or "United Build Partners") collects, uses, and shares information from homeowners who use unitedbuildpartners.com (the "Site").

Information We Collect

When you submit the property-review form on our Site, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, property ownership status, project type, budget range, and timeline.

We may also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type and general usage of the Site, for the purpose of operating and improving it.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Review your property and project details.
  • Contact you to clarify your property, goals, timing, or budget.
  • Determine whether your project may be a good fit to share with contractors in our network.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site.

How We Share Your Information

If your project appears to be a good fit, we may share your information with up to three contractors who may be suited to your project. Those contractors may contact you directly by phone, text, or email to discuss your project and, if appropriate, arrange a site visit.

United Build Partners may receive compensation from participating contractors in connection with these introductions. Homeowners do not pay United Build Partners directly for the initial property assessment or contractor introductions.

We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties, and we do not share it beyond what is described in this policy except where required by law.

Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request that we stop contacting you, to opt out of having your information shared with contractors, or to request deletion of your information, subject to any records we are legally required to retain. If you opt out of contractor sharing before an introduction is made, your information will not be shared. To make a request, email contact@unitedbuildpartners.com.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected and the right to request its deletion. You can exercise these rights using the contact method above.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our Site is intended for homeowners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
