Yes. We're adding city-specific pages gradually, but we accept property-review requests across all of Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside counties regardless of whether your specific city has its own page yet.
Yes, sometimes meaningfully. While California state law sets a statewide floor that every city must follow (see our California ADU laws guide), individual cities can add their own procedures, pre-approved plan programs, local fees, or overlay zones like coastal or historic districts — which is exactly why we build city-specific pages instead of one generic page for the whole region.
