What does the review cost?

Homeowners don't pay United Build Partners directly for the preliminary review or contractor introductions. The intention is that participating contractors compensate UBP and set their own project pricing independently, but those arrangements remain under review and are subject to change. Here's the current thinking on how that works.

Will my information be shared?

Not as part of the review. We use your information to prepare and discuss the property review you requested — nothing is shared with contractors at this stage. If you later decide you want contractor introductions, we'll ask for your separate consent first, and only then may your details go to up to three participating contractors. We never sell your information, and there's no obligation to hire anyone.

What if my property isn't a good fit?

We'll tell you directly, with the reason, instead of passing you to a contractor anyway. A bad-fit project helps no one, so you'll get the honest answer up front.
